- Make up to three changes to all or some of the flights in your reservation

The change of the passenger’s name can be made up to three hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight and can be done online (unless the passenger has already registered online) or via a Tunisair reservation center or at the airport.
Flight route change
Once an outbound flight has been made, it is not possible to change the itinerary booked on the return flight unless the flight has been canceled or has been delayed by more than three hours, in which case it is necessary to contact the Tunisair Express reservations center or at the airport ticket office.
Itinerary change rates apply per person / trip and vary by season. In addition to the applicable flight change fares, passengers must also pay any price difference between the original fare paid and the total minimum price available at the time of the change. Please note that if the fare for the new flight is lower, the passenger is not entitled to any type of refund.
Buying a new ticket can be more economical
Some companies require, in addition to these penalties, to settle the price difference between the ticket purchased on the day of the reservation and that offered on the day of the change. “In this case, the redemption of the ticket is often more economical”, notes Anthony Sollinger. Other companies (except in the case of exchangeable and refundable tickets) prohibit changing the name, the only alternative for the traveler in this case being to redeem a ticket.
