After cancellation of several flights, Tunisair offers alternative transport to its passengers

The airline Tunisair had to cancel several departures during the past weekend after several technical breakdowns affecting the planes of its fleet.

This disruption prompted the national carrier to postpone several of its flights. And for its passengers who were stranded at airports abroad, Tunisair announced a special program offering them alternative flights.

Passengers affected by these disruptions should take flights serving several cities in Tunisia departing from airports in France, and in several other countries, namely:

Connections to Tunis-Carthage from Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, Nice, London, Madrid, Geneva, Brussels, Istanbul, Mitiga, Casablanca, Cairo, Rome and Boulogne.

Flights to Monastir-Habib Bourguiba departing from Nice-Cote d’Azur.

Tunisair presented its sincere and profound apologies to its customers and promised to take care of them throughout their presence at the airports. Passengers who could not or refused to take replacement flights are invited to contact Tunisair customer service online or by telephone or go to its agencies to request a refund.
