The Jasmin miles earned when you book a plane ticket or another service or product marketed by Nouvelair help you book award tickets on all routes served by the Tunisian company. Thus, you can use the miles of this loyalty program to book a flight for free.

According to Nouvelair’s definition, an award ticket is a plane ticket partially or fully paid for with award points. It is possible to book any flight using award points, up to the last available seat. The passenger can be the Jasmin member himself or any other person.

A slice of 100 bonus points offers a reduction of TND 3 on the price of the ticket. Given the acquisition rates of award points, the Jasmin program therefore constitutes a deferred discount between 3.00% and 5.25% excluding taxes for trips previously made and between 3.00% and 6.00% of services + previously purchased.

To convert award points, all you have to do is book a flight on the Nouvelair website and log into your Jasmin account in step 2 “Passenger information”. Activate the “use jasmine points for this reservation” button in step 4 “Payment”.

The company has set a minimum threshold below which it is impossible to redeem award points: it is around 13% of the total amount, excluding tax, of the desired ticket. For example, a minimum of 400 bonus points is required for a one-way trip from Djerba / Lyon charged 133 TND at the Light rate (price excluding taxes 94 TND + taxes 39 TND) allowing a reduction of 12 dinars. There is also a ceiling: taxes must be paid in hard currency.

The conditions for modifying an award ticket are those of the rate (or pack) selected when booking.

Traveling with an award ticket does not earn award points. Even when the ticket is only partially paid for in bonus points, the monetary supplement paid will not give entitlement to any new bonus points.
